Boarding service is only available to Etsu & Me graduates. If you are unsure if your dog qualifies, please email Sarah.

Thank you for your interest in boarding with me! This form will have three parts:

Handler Information
Requested Dates for Boarding
Dog’s Health and Behavior

Please note that boarding is NOT the same as board and train. Boarding is a pet sitting service offered to clients as a support in the training journey during the handler’s vacation. Handlers and dogs are expected to have maintained the dog training and if the dog has regressed, please discuss it with me prior to boarding.

For the safety of all the dogs in my care, boarded dogs are required to have tick & flea medication and updated vaccinations on rabies, bordetella, distemper, canine influenza, and lyme.

If your dog doesn’t take tick & flea regularly, they’ll need the medication at least 72 hours prior to boarding.

If your dog has environmental allergies, please make sure they are up-to-date on their cytopoint shot at least 2 weeks prior to boarding.

Finally, I reserve the right to decline any boarding request or future boarding requests if dog training maintenance and/or vaccination has not been kept up-to-date.
